What you get from me

If you have not yourself experienced something, it is hard to pass it on. Being part of teams that underwent unsuccessful reorganizations motivated me to pursue further training in personnel and organizational development. Conflicts and disagreements in teams have been triggers to learn new tools for communication and conflict management. And the experience that, thanks to good coaching, a seemingly catastrophic situation could be transformed into just a demanding moment in life was the trigger for coaching training. And finally, the realization that it is always about people and the connection with oneself led me to yet further training in mindfulness and meditation.
